Utility and Driveway Permits

Webster County annually bids for their on the road gravel placement , as well as pit pick up of gravel.    Each bid kit contains a county map with township locations, bid submission form, bid notice, and bid specifications.

Bids are opened and publicly read at a regular board meeting in July of each year.  

Bid security is a $1,000 cashiers check, and will be returned to all unsucessful bidders the day of the bid.

Webster County will issue utility permits to landowners wishing to cross county roadways.  

Permits describe depth, incasement, One Call, and traffic control requirements.

Please fill out the information completely, so we are able to return your permit to you by whatever means you choose.
